“I have always loved DJing for Complete Music because I love being the heartbeat of the party” – Kirk

Kirk’s older brother, Keen, recruited Kirk. He has always been very popular with high-energy school and college events.  Kirk is now one of our most sought-after personalities for weddings too.

Why did you become a DJ?
I first started when I was 16 because my older brother was a DJ and he loved it, so I thought it would be a great part time job. Now I love it more than I could have ever imagined.


What is your favorite party song?
My all time favorite party song is Lets Get it Started by Black Eyed Peas. It always gets me going!


How would you describe your DJ personality/style?
I would consider my DJ personality very unique because every event is more than just a dance to me. I love seeing happy people and the joy that comes from them when they're genuinely having fun. Basically, I'm a very energetic person, I'm always smiling, and I love interacting with new people.


What is your proudest moment as a DJ?
I had a bride come up to me crying once. She was crying because she was so happy! She was thrilled about how smooth everything went and how much fun everyone had. I was very proud that I could help make her dream wedding come true.


Why do you like performing at wedding dances?
I like performing at wedding dances because there is a much more personal feel behind the event because there is a lot of time spent with everyone involved in the wedding. So there is a real connection there which is what motivates me to ensure that every detail is taken care of and everyone has a night they'll never forget.
